On an overcast sky the heavens meet the Earth when geese greet nearby to fly on their journey south to warmer waters. Here's a picture of three geese taking flight on such a journey on a common fall day here in the Rocky Mountains.

Hello... I'm a geologist by birth, I've struggled to learn how to read and write. Overcoming this difficulty, I've learned to paint and write ideas through reflection, inspiration, and work while in the wilds of Montana, USA. I use watercolors mainly for the freedom of expression and versatility they afford. I've been painting for a few years and studied them in Minnesota when I finished my BA in Geology.
