Bull River Bay Canvas Print

I painted this in plein air after the french tradition on a fishing trip in a picnic area. Didn't catch much fishing, but did have some interest. This is at the Bull River Campground area in the Lower Clark Fork Valley looking south from the dock area. And I know, I took out the highway so could be considered composition. Made in America.

Hello... I'm a geologist by birth, I've struggled to learn how to read and write. Overcoming this difficulty, I've learned to paint and write ideas through reflection, inspiration, and work while in the wilds of Montana, USA. I use watercolors mainly for the freedom of expression and versatility they afford. I've been painting for a few years and studied them in Minnesota when I finished my BA in Geology. I like watercolors because they're light and easy and fast like a lightfoot fishing the streams of time for sport just to spend some life with the art rather than trying to catch the tourney prize.
